Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you posted on the website was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by submitting written notification to our copyright agent (identified above). The counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. An identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled;

  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

Upon receipt of a proper counter-notification, we will promptly provide the person who submitted the original DMCA notification with a copy of the counter-notification and will follow the DMCA's procedures regarding counter-notification. This may include restoring or enabling access to the disputed material after 10 business days, unless our copyright agent receives notice that a court action has been filed to restrain the alleged infringement.

Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we will disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

Accommodation of Standard Technical Measures

It is our policy to accommodate and not interfere with standard technical measures used by copyright owners to identify or protect copyrighted works that we determine are reasonable under the circumstances.
